BSOD problems HELP

Hello,

I have just finished my new pc and I keep getting BSOD errors while doing anything.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

QUOTA_UNDERFLOW

NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

I was reading online that some of these errors can be caused by faulty memory so I ran Memtest86 for 9 hours and it said test completed 48 tests passed with no errors.

Does this mean that memory is not the problem?

Any ideas what I should do next?

First make sure you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers, those that came with it on disk were prob already oudated. Also what is the DRAM running at (can check and tell use what the freq is using the free app CPU-Z in the memory tab)
