okay buddy i did some snooping around and 4 beeps is the mobo timer error. try to reset the cmos with the little jumper by leaving the pc off with that jumper on for about 30 seconds then put it back in its original spot and try to power on or even try to completely reseat ur cmos battery and even try to completely power down ur pc properly and unplug it from the wall and see if that helps. im also reading that sometimes it means that there is something with the mobo. try to use the psu on another pc if possiible or hook it up to something externally to make sure it still works sometimes i hook up a bunch of fans or something externally to make sure it powers them when i turn it on if i suspect its my cpu but thats with extreme...

Well no luck ive just tried clearing cmos took the battery out for 5 mins and put it back in aswell as moving the jumper for 15:secs and putting back in it's orginal spot so looks like its either the psu or mobo which is strange considering the fact the night before i installed the new cooler and fan controller it was working perfectly so ill get my psu tested at work see what that brings up thanks you for the help anyways.
