What is the best GPU i can get under 200$? im running a amd fx-8320 cpu. I would like to play games like bf4 and i also edit videos/ photos so any rec thx in advance

a gtx 960, as it also has cuda for video editing ( if the software you use has this option )

If you're open to the used market, you can get a GTX 970 for about $200. Try the Hardwareswap subreddit or eBay, they sometimes turn up for good prices there. In terms of getting the best bang for your buck that will last you longer for your purposes, I'd say that's your best option.
