I just got a new PC built. When I first turned it on, installed Windows etc. the CPU was running at about 40-50C on idle which had me slightly concerned. But after I played a game for a while the CPU was idling back down at 30C, which is great. So I was just curious why that happened..does it take a little time for the thermal paste to heat up and bond to the CPU? That's my best guess but I'd like to know more. Thanks.
