Hi,

I need to get a new computer, and have been doing quite a bit of research.

Here is some reference material that I have found during my research.

This is my actual setup (configuration):

- 4GB ddr3 RAM
- 1T hard drive
- AMD ATHLON II X2 260 Processor 3.7ghz
- motherboard: Asus M4A88T-M/USB3
- graphic card: ASUS GeForce 9500 GT

i set up my actual configuration in 2010, so is already 6years.

Most of the time i'm doing the following activities with my computer:

- Web development (phpstorm,xampp server etc...).

- (Adobe Illustrator, photoshop etc...).

If you have a better configuration to suggest me don't hesitate. What you thinking about this configuration:

* processor - Intel Core i5-6600
* motherboard: - Asus Z170M-PLUS Micro ATX LGA1151
- Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1151
- Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151
- Asus Z170-AR ATX LGA1151

*cpu cooler: - ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2
- Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

* Graphic card : - MSI GeForce GTX 950 2GD5 OC
- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
- Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB

Thank you

That is actually pretty suboptimal. Get an H170 based motherboard if you don't plan to get an unlocked Skylake. Or you could an ASrock motherboard that allows oc of locked Skylake CPUs as well. But don't go with the choices you have mentioned.
Also, if you are not overclocking, don't go with the aftermarket cooler and save your money.
All the money you will save from the cooler and motherboard can be used for a better GPU, like a GTX 960 or R9 380.

You still have room to add a CPU cooler.
Edit: I took out the Skylake CPU to include a more powerful Haswel i7, which is better for editing which is what you do.

Hi Rohitbaran,

I like your suggestion, the only problem is the motherboard, i want to have a Micro ATX, but i don't found any micro atx for a socket LGA1150. Do you know a micro axt for the Core i7-4790K LGA1150 ? thx
