Hi people ... i was wondering if you could help me with one thing. I have this problem where i cannot run CoD:BO normally. It just stutters the hell out of it and i get around 12 fps no matter what i do in the game. I tried lowering the settings to its full minimum, i get 12 fps. The problem is I do not know why this is happening since I can run CoD: Advanced warfare on low settings and other games like this. Even battlefield 4 i can run it on low settings just fine. Anyone can help me out? Here are the specs to my PC:
