ASRock x99 Extreme 4 RAM and LAN issues!

Hello! I'm new to the forum and this is my first post ;) Before I describe my issue, here are my specs:
i7 5820k
16 GB (4x4) Corsair Vengeance LPX
Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x
ASRock x99 extreme 4

So when I put in all 4 sticks of RAM in their respective memory slots for quad channel (yes, I looked at the diagram in the manual), the PC will power up (all fans spinning), but their will be no output to my monitor. So I looked it up and removed 2 sticks of RAM and the PC powers on with output to the monitor. What's strange is it only recognizes that it has 4gb in single channel even though there are two sticks of RAM inserted. I have updated the mobo to the 2.0 firmware like another thread suggested, but the issues are still present. What else can I do to troubleshoot this?

I also have another issue with the on board Intel i218-V Ethernet Connection. I can not establish an internet connection, and in device manager it says:
The device cannot start. (Code 10)
I have installed the latest INF and LAN drivers both from the internet and the setup disk and I still have no luck. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and scanning for issues so that they will reinstall but it has proven fruitless.

Any input would be appreciated :)

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro and Hyper 212 Evo. Since I do not have a CD drive, I got all of my drivers from here which I assume to be the latest: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99%20Extreme4/?cat=Download&os=Win8a64
I'll try adjusting the CPU cooler and get back to you.
Doesn't seem to have worked. Is there a hardware issue?

They all came from the same pack, I got them from microcenter.

I heard some people talking about memory compatibility for this board but the update claimed it addressed this issue. The employee at microcenter also recommended this kit of RAM for my board so I don't know what's wrong.

I think I've figured out the RAM problem! After troubleshooting for about 15 minutes booting with each stick in slot A1, I've come to conclude that two of the four DRAM modules are dead. I plan on retesting them but Corsair has lifetime warranty so I'll probably use that. Now for the LAN issue, I think I will just order a NIC off of amazon (probably TPLINK because Intel is quite expensive) and see how that goes unless you are able to help me with my issue.
