Need to know exact model of graphics card

Well I'm having troubles finding out the exact "model / version" I opened up my case and it just said PowerColor but in device manager, dxdiag, AMD Catalyst Control Center and CPU-Z it just says "Amd Radeon R9 200 Series" I'll put a picture of my graphics card down below.

It's actually an R9 270... I used the following as a reference, using shaders, default clock speed and memory speed:

You can also try using HWiNFO. I think it gives you the exact brand + model of your graphics card...

Depending on how the holidays go I will be shopping for a GPU. My budget as of January first is probably around the 70$ range. Because the card is about 2X better what I have now, is used, and doesn't have an exact model identity, I'd offer 50$, good?
