a good mic for gaming and skype around 50 euro's.

The title pretty much says it all.
i'm looking for a good mic for gaming and skype.
(no headsets) i was thinking of something like the blue microphones snowball USB microphone.
is it any good? or do you guys have something better?

Try the samson meteor mic. Seacch some youtube videos where they compare the blue snowball to the samson meteor like this: https://youtu.be/alfdzuVC6m4?t=5m7s you decide for your self which one you prefer.

I personally use the blue snowball for my commentaries (you can check the sound quality through my channel: ProtoAMP, not trying to spam) and it's a usb mic, so it'll work for PC (skype, game chat...), but I'm not too sure whether you can use adapters for console. Anyway, it's a great mic, definitely well worth the price and I would say look at the "ice" version too, because that only has a single mode...cardioid, but that's the only one I really use and that would save you some money.
