I have an amd fury, the GPU load gose too 100% then too 0% in all games which causes micro stuttering, I have tried all software things, could it be a power supply issue

My only answer to this can be to make sure all your background tasks are closed while gaming like the webbrowser/spotify other programs etc because those can interrupt your performance quite a bit.

It spikes a lot in Minecraft and GTA 5, when I ran occt on power test the sceen would go red and then black and the only way to fix it is to do a hard reboot

8gb ram Corsair Vengeance pro (1600)
Sapphire AMD Fury
Evga 850w gold PSU
1TB Western Digital blue
120gb SSD with windows 10 on it

When I play GPU heavy games the screen would go black for split second and then come back on, drivers randomly disconnecting, a lot of flickering textures in Just Cause 3.
