What I'd get. 6-core X99 will be handy for editing, you could swap out the cooler for something cheaper like a Dark Rock Pro 3/NH-D15;

You only made a couple of bad choices first the V300 SSD, then the G1 power supply.
I would also change the motherboard. I would still buy windows 7 or 8.1 and pass on 10 right now you can upgrade for free in the future when more drivers are worked out.
