Which is a better gaming pc?

Solution
If you won't overclock, get the non-K version and pay less. Then you could get rid of the aftermarket cooler and get a GTX 980 with the money you have saved and get more gaming performance.
Edit:
If you can't get Seasonic and EVGA, the RM will do fine. It is not a bad psu per se, but there are obviously better. I can see that the HX850i is a bit too expensive and so I won't advice you to buy that. So, I will say that get the non-K CPU, get rid of the aftermarket cooler and get a GTX 980.

Both are close in performance but, I would say the first one is more 'futureproof' because of the I7 and hyperthreading in the future. Are you not going to get a HDD on the first one?

The Skylake build is better since it is a newer platform and uses DDR4 (meaning more future proof), but you need a Z170 board to actually be able to oc the CPU. Other than that, the psu you have chosen is not the best and you could get a cheaper one which is still better than RM650. Something like EVGA G2 550W or Seasonic S12II 520 W will do fine.

They'll be pretty similar. But from a pure gaming perspective the 6600K should be better.

However, you need Z170 board to overclock that processor, H170 will not support overclocking. I would also opt for a better PSU for less money like the EVGA 650w GS.

I just completed a build with the Zalman Z11 Neo, it's a nice case.
