I'm upgrading from an amd fx 6300 and looking at a new CPU.
Should I get a Intel Core I5 4690K or a Intel Core i3 6100?
I only game an use my computer for word/excel/youtube.
I thought it would be better to be on the new skylake and upgrade the i3 when new CPUs come out in the future.
But the i5 4690k should perform better as of now, but will have no upgrade path.
The price for the two are about the same +/- $30 between the two.
I'm in Canada btw, so everything is expensive.
Any thoughts?
