Looks fine to me. I just got that same processor for $180 from a Micro Center store and got a combo with a motherboard for an extra $20 in savings. I just got it a few days ago, so see if they got a store near you.

If i where you i would get a bit more space on the ssd. And you might want a DVD drive, they only $20 bucks. Seems like some games take lots of space these days.

Make sure to buy from a trusted site.

If you're going to primarily game, I would suggest saving money by getting 8GB of RAM and a better GPU, reason being is that games won't require more than 8GB, and you gain very little with 16GB unless you do a lot of rendering and other workbenchy processes. Also as a rule of thumb, run Intel with Nvidia and AMD with AMD for best performance. Something like GTX 970/980 will be a great choice if you prefer Intel CPUs. Other than that it looks like a solid build.
