Its old nad its vintage but i cannot find the model of this propably around 1990 please help..

Front panels from old 386 - 486 computers. Numbers on display can be set with those caps to show different frequencies, for instance 33 and 66MHZ turbo mode. They can't find that automatically so you have to set them manually. Orange button was usually for that function. Everything used to work at 3.3v DC.
