I have read http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems and tried all of it, minus double checking pins on CPU, as after some research i found a computers fan will still power on with no CPU installed.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/H4z3Lk is my equpiment

ive looked around at other threads hoping that i can find an answer, but to no avail. so as stated in topic, when i press powerbutton i get nothing, no fans, PSU fans or case fans, no POST beeps, no LEDs light up on MOBO. ive tried to short (its what they called it in another topic) the power switch thinking maybe the case switch has an issue. Ive tested the PSU with the wire bridge, the fans kicked on and i heard DVD spinning ( Im thinking perhaps there is an issue with the motherboard, or that my 8 or 24pin power wires are not in all the way, but they are in as far as they will go.

Solution
Outside of just having things not wired up correctly, with nothing at all happening points to a core power issue, so either power supply or motherboard. Not likely it's the CPU as in most cases you would see some action from the system.

thats what i thought. Im leaning more towards motherboard, as when i bridge the PSU, it kicks on.

Update 12/26/15 Was Motherboard. still have issues though.
