Hey all,
So as an early Christmas gift, I've decided to build myself my first pc.
That being said, my first mobo was doa, so I replaced it today. However, the computer now turns on for maybe a second or two, then shuts off, and repeats the cycle. I've tried the can't get to post checklist with no success, I've tried two separate psu's with no success, I've tried breadboarding with just the psu, mobo, and cpu with no success. I'm really at a loss here so I'm wondering if anyone could help me out.

Nvidia geforce gtx 980
