I just upgraded my PSU and Motherboard to accommodate a 760 SLI, and got a MSI z97s SLI Krait and an EVGA Supernova NEx 750B, however when all parts were plugged in, the computer did not boot. I thought it was a problem with wiring, but I triple-checked to make sure everything was plugged in correctly, and it still didn't work. I tried booting up the computer with the old PSU by connecting only the MoBo and the 8-pin, and it was able to boot up. I don't understand my problem.

Same condition with the new PSU without the GPU's? If so add one GPU, then swap GPU's.
Know this will tell us something. If the PSU does not work case 1 it is broken. If it works with one GPU not the other you have a bad GPU, if it works with both GPU's but only as single the PSU is faulty.
EVGA NEX is not a bad CPU they just make better units than the NEX.
