There are so many variables to take into consideration its almost impossible to answer unless you give more detail. Is there something that makes you believe this is the case? some game issue your having for example? If so, quote your PC specs and give us poor forum dwellers a chance!

Nope definitely not its more that the other way around. The GTX 650 is more like the bottleneck in your computer. Is there something that you ran on your computer making you feel your CPU is lacking?
