I am asking because i don't want to buy an graphic card en and regret it after words, i am looking for an card for gaming that's all not for program etc.

The 950 is a bit better.

They have different architectures. You're trying to look at the specifications to determine which is better. You cant. You have to looks at benchmarks.

You haven't told us the prices you're looking at, so we can't tell you which is a better value, but we can tell you which card is stronger.

Its not that people dont like AMD, its just at this price point the 950 is better. Just like at the next higher price point, the 380 is better than the 960 (generally).

Why would you compare the specs of two different architectures? It wont get you anywhere.

There is a reason we use benchmarks of games and programs to measure performance.
