That build is pretty good already, but I would suggest a few changes.

1. If you aren't big and huge on silence, I would suggest you save a bit and go for a Define S or an S340. Otherwise, that's good.

2. You could probably use a little less PSU power, as 750W might be a bit overkill.

3. Dual channel ram is faster, you might want to consider a pair of 2x4 gb kit.

Otherwise, you should be set making a new build!

What watt psu would you recommend if I want to overclock with this?

I want my pc on my desk should I still choose a different case?

Your PSU should remain somewhere above 500-600w, in this case. OCing doesn't require too much power, but I would suggest a 600w power supply.

Check out this one:

And the case, it really comes down to how you feel it looks. A Define r5 is top of the line, but an NZXT S340 looks good too. It really depends how you look at it.
S340 vs Define S
H440 vs Define R5

I would suggest you take a look at both cases.

That build should be good for your needs, but if you care, the RAM colour seems a but out of place compared to the black and white of the rest of the build.

Otherwise, that route is a good upgrade path.
