Hello i was building this as a Christmas gift for a family member,
im not new to building computers and have tried everything i can think of including the "No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist.
When i press on button, fans all spin, but the monitor just stays in standby ive tried 3 different monitors and the hdmi output, dvi-d output, and still nothing, ive pulled it of the case put it on a box tried removing one ram card, and i even tried shouting at it, my best guess now is the power supply but i dont have a spare to try it out it, think the 4-pin cpu power connecter is not making contact.

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI
RAM: TeamGroup Elite Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
PSU: Be quiet! SFX Power 2 400W '80 Plus Bronze
CPU: AMD Piledriver FX-4 Quad Core 4350 4.20GHz
