Hi all,
Im new on the forum, its been very Helpful, amazing community.

I want to buy on amazon a new GPU under USD 200 (cause if it costs more than that I have to pay taxes in my country).

I have in mind:

ASUS STRIX Radeon R9 380 Overclocked 2 GB DDR5 http://www.amazon.com/Radeon-Overclocked-256-bit-DisplayPort-Graphics/dp/B00ZQ3QVS6/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1450587779&sr=1-5&refinements=p_72%3A1248879011%2Cp_36%3A1253506011%2Cp_n_condition-type%3A2224371011

XFX Double D R9 280 933MHz 3GB DDR5 http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dcomputers&field-keywords=r9+280&rh=n%3A541966%2Ck%3Ar9+280

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 http://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-DisplayPort-Graphics-ZT-90308-10M/dp/B00UJ7335I/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1450587779&sr=1-3&refinements=p_72%3A1248879011%2Cp_36%3A1253506011%2Cp_n_condition-type%3A2224371011

What do you guys think of this models? Any other recommendation? Is the "brand" of the card important (asus, msi, etc.) ?

Saw this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html and its amazing, but the cards under 200 are like USD 100 and not too good.

Mi brother has a r9270x which is great, but i want something a bit better!.

Thank you all!!

To be honest, whilst I know the brand, I wouldn't personally buy one for no other reason than I've no experience of them. They may well be perfectly good cards, but I'd always go ASUS or Gigabyte first, then Sapphire or MSI and finally Powercolor as I've had experience with all these brands either in terms of GPU's or motherboards.

Do some research on ZOTAC GPU's on the net. There will be reviews of their cards out there if not the specific one your looking at, but it will give you an idea of the quality of their products.

Whilst others will shoot me down and say go for the R9 380, I'd recommend the GTX960....cooler, quieter, less power draw, 4Gb vram.

You really need to post up your full specs and PSU to get a fully objective recommendation however.

EDIT: In my view 'brand' is as important as the GPU specs. Go ASUS, Gigabyte, Sapphire or MSI.

No problem. You need to check the make/model of PSU first as this is probably the most important factor in making your choice of GPU. A low wattage power supply will not support a high draw (<>250w) GPU like the 380, or if it does you may end up getting weird issues and then posting back on here trying to problem solve. Don't just buy a new PSU yet, as the one in the system you've bought may be perfectly adequate.
