fx8350 at stock runs 48-50C idle

Jus built a my new gaming rig, I use CPUID HWMonitor and found my fx8350 runs at 48-50C at idle... Can anyone say the,

reasons???
solutions???

Did you apply the correct amount of thermal paste?

The stock cooler is noisy and few say upto to 62C is normal temp..

That isn't bad, but what is the ambient temperature? And what are the thermal margins at full load?

Replacing the thermal paste won't necessarily provide a huge improvement. The AMD cooler is delivered with decent thermal paste; they certainly don't use tooth paste. Ya, i planned to buy thermal paste. The problem is I dont get isopropyl alcohol here, any other solvents can be used to remove the thermal paste?? that shouln't corrode the material (same as isopropyl alcohol)..
