Asus Z97-a/USB 3.1 32gb ram

Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1866mhz 32gb
Psu Vga supernova 850w
msi gtx 950 4gb
I can use 1, 2 or 3 sticks of ram in any combination but if I add the 4th stick of ram freezes at boot up "starting windows". Bios is updated and recognizes all 4 sticks of ram. All ram passess memtest and computer passes sfc /scannow. psu checks out fine. This is a new build. Any ideas that would cause the freeze up?

What CPU ? Did all the DRAM come in a single 4 stick package? Might need to add +0.05 o DRAM voltage and also maybe about the same to the VTT (which feeds the MC (memory controller))

Two separate 2 stick packages of Corsair vengeance pro cmy16gx3m2a1866c 9-10-9-27 1.50v 16gb (2x8gb)

Will be waiting to hear, oft times mixed DRAM doesn't want to play and the voltage adjustments can help

May have sticks that just don't want to play, best to always get all the DRAM you want in a single package
