Will this 400W Psu handle my system?

Hello I have a Sparkle Power ATX-400PN PSU(400 watts) and I am wondering if it will be enough to power my system without a problem.
Cpu-Core 2 Q8400 (Oc to 3.0 ghz)
Gpu-GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC 1137MHZ 2GB GDDR5
Ram-2x2gb of ddr3 1333
MOBO-P5G41T-M
Harddrive-512 gb SATA 7200 RPM hard drive.

Probably handle up to the point it fails and possibly frys the whole system, so I wouldn't suggest it.
