I dont get why the 760G has good reviews on newegg and bad reviews on pcpartpicker but the gigabyte has good reviews on pcpartpicker but then bad on newegg and the same with the biostar except good reviews on newegg but bad on pcpartpicker

and just to make sure were talking about getting number 2 or 3 not number 1

Yes, 2 or 3, not 1.
Can't help you with the arbitrary reviews. I guess it all depends on the reviewer doing the review. I've found many folks that have had issues with PC products are not always the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to PC tech. Get your reviews form trade sources, rather than from users. It is usually the complainer that wants to blow off steam in a review. Satisfied users generally don't bother.

OK and one last question would you recommend this motherboard http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-970ag43

I would not. I presume you want to overclock the FX-8320. If not now, in the future. That board has no heat sinks on the VRMs to cool them, and not very high phase power. I suggest the GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 2.0).
Also, get yourself a good aftermarket cooler when you feel like OC'ing the processor. The stock cooler is too small and noisy for OC'ing.

Avoid BioStar, not very reputable, if looking for a good go wiht ASrock ASUS and gigabyte, also the M5A97 LE R2.0 from asus is also a good budget board if you can get the little extra $.
