Looking for the best graphics card on the market right now $100 and under, but not sure which way to go, or what my PC will best be able to handle. It has integrated intel HD 4600 integrated graphics, but those don't allow me to play anything from the last 10 years.

My specs:
HP Envy 700-109c
i7-4770 intel core CPU@3.40 GHZ
16 GB RAM
460W power supply
OS: Windows 8.1, 64 bit

thanks!

If you cant spend more than $100 with out rebate the R7 265 is a great card and performs better than the 750ti is most games
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-R7-265-2GD5-OC/dp/B00JJNQ8ZA/ $99.99

Techspot review vs 750ti using a cpu very close the one you have so performance will be the same
http://www.techspot.com/review/783-geforce-gtx-750-ti-vs-radeon-r7-265/page3.html

You can get a 750ti for around $109.99
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-750Ti-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B00IDG3IDO/

again look back to the Techspot review

But if you can streatech it to $109.99 after $20 rebate the R7 370 would be a better card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131670 $109.99 after rebate

All 3 will work with your current PSU voltage

a GTX 750ti is a really good card, it's around 110$, but it's worth every penny. it'll run next gen titles at low/medium settings and it doesn't use up that much power. if you want lower than 100$ a Nvidia GT 740 with 2GB of GDDR5 is a good option.
