Looking for Case That Best Fits My Needs

I have been searching for about a month now for a computer case that fits my need, but I have the feeling that as this is my first time building a gaming PC (or any PC for that matter), I must be searching the wrong way. To start off:

My budget is around $120 (or lower) -

I need a case that is not specific for overclocking my CPU, but could handle the needed cooling if there was ever a time I were to overclock my system -

I would also prefer a red-black or black only theme to the case with no crazy design like the NZXT Phantom 410 (too flashy for me), but I would like a clear side window if it is an option -

decent space/cable/motherboard management would be preferred since I am no expert on this subject.

The cases I have already looked at and are my top choices are as follows:

1) Thermaltake VERSA H35 [Space looks a little close-cut, other than that this fan appeals greatly to me]

2) Corsair Obsidian Series Black 450D [Another worthy candidate, but reviews say that damage to the case is likely, and that it is cheaply made. I also wonder about space availability with this case]

3) NZXT H440 [No optical drive bay and few fan spaces - not particularly one i would want].

These are the only cases i have been able to find that are similar to what I was thinking. I don't expect anyone to "do my research for me" especially so soon before Christmas, but I have done much research myself and seem to have failed. I hope one of you can help me out and has a good case to suggest. Thank you in advance!!

PS Here is my build without a case - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tHyYvK

*Edit - sorry for the wall of text and loads of information, I'm new to Tom's Hardware and am trying my best to do the post right. Put in spaces to make the information easier to follow for anyone who is good with cases or has a preferred case

Yes, that's more along the lines of what I was looking for, but maybe with more fans? The Thermaltake Versa H35 I like, but I have no idea if it would fit the parts I have and my mom, well lets just say she wouldn't be in the mood to return a case if it didn't fit the parts right. Here's the Thermaltake Versa H35:

Also, there is a compatibility problem with my RAM, is it possible for me to run the RAM at a speed lower than 2400 by setting it manually to run slower than its set 2400? and will that fix the problem of possible damage?
Does anyone know if it would even turn on to let me fix that problem and set it?

Ok, hopefully it will turn on to let me change that if need be. Will it run at a lower voltage than 1.65V then if I change that so that I don't have to overclock/up my CPU voltage/max?

I think this will be the case, though I will buy the black version. Exactly what I wanted as far as I can tell so far. I will keep looking at it and read more reviews, but it looks like a great case. Thank you all very much for your help, and _Skittle_ thank you for your help clarifying the RAM frequency as well!

Ok great! My motherboard is a Z97 Gaming 5, hope it works! Overall the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe looks great, a few reviews about damage in shipment but an easily fixed problem and a fairly good case matching what I'm looking for.
