Does this build need more fans, or does it have good airflow?

I am getting the 300R case. Will I need to buy more fans, or will it be ok? I will be overclocking the CPU, but I have a aftermarket fan for that already picked out. here is my build:

what is wrong about getting the cheapest one if it can get the job done? or can it not get the job done? if not, what board would you recommend?

what fan would you recommend? sorry, i know next to nothing about fans/airflow... thank for for all your help so far!

Cheap boards are fine if you are not overclocking. To get a good stable overclock you need a board with decent VRM. I recommend the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 5 board which has great power phase design and is not too expensive.

should be fine just getting whatever the stock fan is, or similar 140mm fan, corsair is a good brand. you're not really after high performance, and noise won't be a huge concern with a headset. just want something to feed in the cool air for the GPU.
