MICOMP Dell Gaming Computer PC Core 2 Duo 3.0Ghz 6GB 250GB Win 7 HDMI ATI R5 220. With a intel core 2 Duo Processor.

Ok so I recently bought a Nvidia GEFORCE Gt 730 2mb, in this order I......powered off and unplugged my computer, took out the old Radeon R5 220, and put the Nvidia in, I then started up and inserted the cd and proceeded to install the new drivers "I know this was a mistake" so I DID NOT delete my old drivers and I didn't download the correct updated ones from the site....it then asked me to restart and it restarted just fine but then I shut it down for some reason ans ever since then I can now NOT make it past the windows startup screen...it loads for maybe 3 secs then take me to system recovery. I have tried for 8 hours different techniques on here and none work. I CAN NOT go into safe mode....when I try it just restarts my computer, I've tried running off my integrated graphics, with the old and new graphocs...everything and it's all the same out come. I also don't have a windows 7 cd so that's out the question . Oh and it's a Dell motherboard also.

Took out the cards and am now running off intergrated, was finally able to get it to reinstall windows.....literally the only thing I could get it to do....hopefully this works!

If you can can get to the windows os loading Menu by tapiing on the F8 during boot.
Try the last good known configurations settings.

If you are tapping F8 on your keyboard but cannot get to the windows loading options menu of windows 7.
Go into your bios, and make sure the option to detect legacy usb devices is enabled.
Save the changes before you exit your bios settings.

And then try tapping the F8 key continually while windows is booting.
Next time it happens for you.
