Good LCD/screen fan controller?

I'm looking at these, but in general i'm looking for ones like these,so can someone recommend the best one out of these or recommend another?

The problem with any fan controller is they all rely on thermal probe's to be inserted to check heat and turn up fans based on temps, but a thermal probe taped to the GPU heatsink or the back of the GPU doesn't really tell you the GPU temps at the core, or taped to your CPU heatsink doesn't tell you the core temp. Probe falls off and the fans don't ramp up and yet your CPU does. They are ok for case fans I guess but I wouldn't really use them for anything else.
