1000 watt enough for 3 way sli?

hello fellow enthusiast/pc builders just wondering if 1000 watt from EVGA supernova g2 80+ gold enough to power my build, here are my spec


WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive
Patriot 8GB(2x4GB) Viper III DDR3 1866MHz (PC3 15000) CL9
AMD FX-8370 Black Edition 8 Core CPU
ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 Socket AM3+
Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 VN300M1W2N No PS Full Tower Case (Black)
(note)- im also adding 2-3 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans and 1, 200mm fan to the case
and for heatsink
Cooler Master V8 GTS - High Performance CPU Cooler with Horizontal Vapor Chamber and 8 Heatpipes,

and for the grfx card 3 of
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW GAMING ACX 2.0

Yes, 1KW will work for 3-way SLI of GTX 970's. The EVGA G2 is the best choice for quality and dependability. It has the six 6-pin PCIe cables you need to power the three cards. Good choice.
 
The psu is plenty.
But, I would have issues with your build.
FX-8350 is likely to be a bottleneck with even two GTX970 cards.
Triple sli gives you low return on the third card.

Since money seems to be no object, I think you would game better with a i5-6600K or i7-6700K and two GTX980ti cards.

And... No build like this should be with out a ssd.
