So I have my ASUS CM1745 PC and i want to upgrade so i can play fallout and other games at good fps. i want to know if a msi atx z97 will fit inside my computer so i wont have to by a new case and other drivers with it. Please i want to be able play fallout above 60fps i just need to know if it will fit

That depends on which MSI Z97 board you are looking at. Your case requires a mATX size board. The Z97 Gamer and Z97 PC Mate are ATX size. They won't fit.
But changing the board won't make the PC perform any faster. If you have this PC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883220218 and are still using the iGPU, then you need a discrete gfx card. But your PSU will be your limiting factor for which card. And if you are using a monitor with a 60 Hz refresh rate, it will never display more than 60 frames per second no matter how fast the gfx card is.
