AMD A-10 Black edition APU
MSI A78M-E45 Motherboard
Radeon R7240 Core Edition Graphics Card
8g vengence RAM,
850w Thermaltake Toughpower
So i just refixed my PC.. Went to college, took my custom built with, set it up. But the display wouldnt show anything on the t.v. We have insuarance through Directv and i couldnt figure it out so i sent it to them. They installed a new PCU, but then my hard Drive wouldnt load windows 10 and would go to start up repair, which would lead to a never ending circle of annoyance. I finally got Windows 7 re-installed on the drive, did all my driver updates. (this is all with the GPU in.. however if i look in device manager, it doesnt show the graphics card installed, even though i have the HDMI plugged in though there) ......... so i go to radeon's website, install the drivers for the Graphics card, and restart my computer like normal, however now it gets to "starting windows" then reboots and goes into start-up repair, which then restores me to the point before i installed the AMD Radeon drivers. I dont know if that means my graphics card just got shocked and is bad and is the secret cause of all my problems? or if the PCI-e slot is just bad. The card does not have a PSU imput so its getting enough power. Any ideas? just trying to figure it out before i buy a new GPU
