Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard vs Gaming 7

Hi, I'm stuck between the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard and Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. I do not know what the difference is between the two, and I'm worried I wont be able to fit the Gaming 7 into my Fractal Design R5 case. Could someone be able to tell me if I can do so?

They are both the same price right now on Newegg, but even still I would go with the 7. It has more Sata ports (SSD/HDD expansion), and more USB headers (more peripherals expansion).

And either one should have no problems fitting in an R5 as it is a standard ATX mobo.
