Hi, just got 1 myself. You can't move any apps to the SD card only video and pics. Not sure if amazon videos run through a app but if they do you can not put them on the SD card. I have put mp4 videos on mine using my PC. Don't even bother with there customer support as I have now been waiting 23 hours for them to get back to me. The only way you can move apps to the SD card is to root the tablet.
