When i start computer idle temperature is ~64* C . When I start to watch a video on Facebook its incresed in 5 seconds to 110* C and computer shut downed.

Clean the dust (if any) and replace with new thermal paste in the GPU. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to do that, including for your own GPU
