I was just browsing the web as usual and suddenly my computer just shut down. My immediate thought was a power outage; happens 3 or 4 times a year and the power turns right back on after it shuts off. Unfortunately that wasn't the case; everything else in the house worked fine, my computer just shut off. I tried turning it back on and the fan noise from my tower was really loud, like 3 times louder than it should be and the monitor screen was black. The noise is coming from my Gigabyte GTA 770 and when I tried plugging the cord from the back of the 770 into the back of my motherboard the screen went to normal, but the resolution is all blurry and I cant play any games. Anyways thanks for reading this, hope I can work this out soon

Solution
Looks like your GPU is damaged. You are using the integrated graphics that's why the lower resolution and performance. You should return the GPU for replacement if it's still under warranty.
