Is hd 4600 good enough to play games like battlefield 4 on low settings at 720p

Hey guys,
i'm building a rig around the 4790k and right now i can't get a gpu due to the lack of cash and i was wondering if hd 4600 would be good enough to play modern games at 720p on low settings untill i get a gtx 980 in the next couple of months

Nope. Will not work. The hd 4600 is not made for gaming.

Possible. Average without FRAPS running was 30-34FPS.

I've played a few titles on low settings with the i5-4670K and while not ideal it's definitely possible, especially some of the older less demanding titles or top-down "god" games like CIV 5.

I'd guess you'd get about 20 fps on most of the maps (Golmud Railway seems to run the best, you'd maybe get 30-40 on that). It won't be a very enjoyable experience. If you haven't made the purchase already, why not get the i5 4690K? If you're only gaming the i7 will make little to no difference and will save you £100 or so.
