Building a PC, should I wait for the boxing day sales etc?

I've just about finalised my rig thanks to the great guys on here,

I'm now wondering if I should order bits now (I'll be flat out busy till boxing day probably anyway) or if I should wait till the after Christmas sales?

Is there even much in the way of price drops for component parts?

It depends on what parts you are looking to buy. I dont believe the skylakes will drop at all. But they're will probably be some good deal on the AM3+ side. What components are you looking for?

Could always wait and see. I could be wrong. But its the newest architechture out from intel. I think they will keep the prices similar to what they are already. There will probably be better deals on Motherboards and newer ones come out
