Well this problem only started happening about a week ago where as soon as I start up my PC blue squares appear everywhere. I have tried updating my drivers but no luck it never gets fully installed without the blue squares appearing and freezing my PC. The only way that stops this from happening is disabling the graphics cards, soon as a I enable it again it freezes and the blue square problem occurs again.

I have my PC for nearly 2 Years now with no problems any help would be a delight thank you

Solution
It's most likely a failed video card. If it's overclocked, set it to stock and see if that helps. You should also test it in another system that can run it to see if issue follows the card. Sometimes underclockign the card to run a bit slower can make the image issues stop and will get you a bit more life from it.
