Help me choose the right RAM.

So I have a HUGE list of almost identical DDR4 RAM sticks. The only differences I can spot are frequences and CAS (not sure what that is though). So I need a little help choosing the right RAM, the RAM that is going to make a better purchase. Here's the motherboard I'm going to buy by the way.
And here's the RAM list:

So there you have it. Higher frequency RAM and high CAS vs low frequency RAM and lower CAS. Which one should I go for, which is the best option for that money? I am going to game a lot and do everyday tasks as well.
Thanks a lot in advance, I know this is a huge post.

Do not anguish over this.
The performance of skylake using a discrete graphics card is not much impacted by ram.
Buy the cheapest 1.2v 2133 or 2400 speed DDR4 low profile ram you can find.
Among equals, lower cas numbers are better.

Take the time to verify compatibility.
You want documented ram compatibility. If you should ever have a problem, you want supported ram.
Otherwise, you risk a finger pointing battle between the ram and motherboard support sites, claiming "not my problem".
Go to a ram vendor's web site and access their ram selection configurator.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of compatible kits.

Unless your budget limitations are extreme, I suggest buying a 2 x 8gb kit.
More ram beats faster ram.

What about this 2x8 kit?
Is it going to be a better choice than, 2x4 2666mhz or 3000mhz for example? Do I even need more than 2400mhz?

DRAM performance is an overall combo of high data rates and low CL (CAS), with DDR4, the higher data rates tend to be better. i.e. 3000/15 is better than 3000/16. Think most will be good with 2666-2800 when using a K model CPU, you can of course go faster, or slower
