I had no idea where I should put this, but here's the problem:
If my keyboard is unplugged when in Windows / powered on, it won't work again if you plug it back in again, no matter which port I use, however it works fine if it's plugged in and stays plugged in when it's switched on. I think this only happens with my keyboard, not my mouse.

Intel i7 6700k (overclocked to 4.3GHz)
