Hi
I just noticed my MB was not running the latest Bios version so i updated using the update tool in the bios its self and everything has worked fine the PC is running good.
of coarse my OC has been reset to original setting but i expected that.

the thing is i can not see the options any more to change the CPU multiplyer or the cache number so i can not put my OC back in, i still have Vcore voltage and CPU input voltage i can change as before that work ok.

my MB H97m Pro4 i was updating from 1.50 to version 2 of the bios.

i have searched the site and only found the info to turn the turbo feature to disable that will uncover the multiplyer and cache OC boxs but i dont see any turbo feature i am baffled?.

thank you for any help in advance.

i5 4690K
windows 7 64 bit

EDIT

i just fond this....copy and paste.......

I5-4690K- This CPU is the best i5. It offers overclocking unlike the 4690. This CPU is the best CPU you can get if you are just gaming and want to overclock. It will work on H97 and other chipsets but it will not be able to overclock.

i have been using my H97 pro4 for a year with my OC i5 perfect but now with the latest Bios update have asrock taken are OC away from us i am confussed?.

Solution
The problem is the BIOS 2.0, because intel added the microcode to lock the function. More info from this thread. Like they said downgraded the BIOS to 1.9 or earlier one. Sorry. that is why we recommend to don't update the BIOS if the PC runs fine, if you want to update the BIOS only the pc has problem.
