Just made computer and need help with setting up!

So I just finished making my own PC and everything is working, I am able to go onto Bios. What is my next step?

Make sure your BIOS recognizes everything and then install Windows. After that, install drivers. After that, make sure everything is stable (you can run Prime for a day to make sure).

Do you have OS?
If you do insert the CD, and follow the steps. After that install drivers.
