Hello! So my HP 15 TS Notebook PC apparently has a problem with its wireless adapter. It states that it has a problem but it won't tell me it. This has happened in the past however my friend was able to fix it. He just didn't tell me how. I feel as though part of the problem could be dropping the laptop from about 2 feet but there was no force! And it was closed. A corner is damaged but it didn't look like anything else was injured
My Hp laptop does not present ANY wireless connection?
