Does R9 280X worth for upgrade

I already have R9 280X Sapphire Dual-X 3GB and i will sell this card for 210€ (228$) and i wanna buy R9 380X Gigabyte G1 Gaming for 230€ (250$) or to get GTX 960 4gb for 230€ too (250$)
I've seen benchmarks and R9 380X is better than R9 280X and GTX 960 but does it worth to upgrade ? :)

Hi,

There is no point in upgrading to the 380x apart from the new coolers, they are essentially a re-brand. The GTX 960 wins by the slightest bit in the tests against the R9 280x on GPU Boss here: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-280X-vs-GeForce-GTX-960

The Only difference between the 380x and the 280x is that the 380x has 4gb vs the 3gb on the 280x, so it really wont make a difference.here: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-380X-vs-Radeon-R9-280X

And in the 380x vs the GTX 960, the 380x beats the 960: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-380X-vs-GeForce-GTX-960

So I would just say to stay with the R9 280x as it is still good and to be honest, there is no point in upgrading from that card, maybe to the GTX 970.

No problem, I'm from england so the GTX 970 is about that in pounds, It's a shame as that will out perform the cards listed and it would be better if it was in that price range. Anyway, always happy to help! :3
