After resetting my PC (windows 10) everything was out of proportion and messed up. I've fixed all these issues with other programs by turning the zoom under 'display settings' up to 125%. However steam being the only exception is normal at 100% but messed up at 125%. I've tried reinstalling steam, checking and un-checking 'Display scaling on high DPI settings' (neither work) and changing monitor resolutions/settings with no success... I have also tried multiple methods from similar threads and still nothing. Please help...
I tried asking steam community about this issue but they were useless. Yes obviously I am using my screens native resolution and I do not want to download additional software just to make my steam look normal...
