Hey guys, I need help with this problem I've been having for atleast two months.

I've had this computer for about a year and a half. It worked just fine but then suddenly I stopped getting display on my monitor. My monitor is plugged in and has power, however is not getting a display.

My PC is turning on, I see the graphics card's fans spinning, my CPU's fan is spinning, everything seems to be working fine. I got a replacement motherboard AND a replacement graphics card using my warranty. However, neither of these made a difference, it still doesn't work.

I was wondering what you guys think is the problem, because if its the CPU, I do have a warranty on it and I should be able to send it in and get a new one back just fine... I'm really running out of ideas about what it could be. It obviously isnt the mobo, because its new. Its not the GPU, because its new. Its not the PSU, everything is getting power. So it's probably the CPU? Or could it possibly be the RAM?

If I could get some suggestions, that'd be great. The monitor has a yellow light, and is receiving power. The DVI cable isn't the problem, I bought a new one and it still didn't work. I attempted to use that method where you unplug everything, hold down the power button for 30 sec, and plug it back in. I tried resetting the CMOS by taking the battery out. I attempted to reseat the GPU in a different slot. I also tried seating the RAM in each slot. I only have one stick of DDR3 RAM, so unfortunately I don't have another stick of RAM to test. Also, another thing is that sometimes the CPU fan turns on with the PC, sometimes it doesn't. More often than not it turns on, but in a couple instances it doesn't come on.

http://imgur.com/a/QqbsB <-- that's a picture of my RAM, there are a couple of black spots that look concerning to me. I've tried doing some of the steps in the Tom's Hardware troubleshooting guide but I'm honestly lost.

My PC has been like this for 2 months, and its necessary I find a solution as soon as I possibly can.

Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks for the quick response. However, this would only determine if the motherboard is bad right? I already got a new motherboard with my warranty and that didn't solve the issue.
